Valoris Avocats informs you, as soon as the matter is referred to us, of the methods used to determine the fees, and then regularly of the evolution of their amount. A fee agreement is offered to you, which specifies the amount or the method of determination of the fees covering the foreseeable diligences, as well as the various expenses and disbursements envisaged. The fees are fixed according to the practices, according to the situation of fortune of the customer, the difficulty of the case, the exposed expenses and the realized diligences. The remuneration depends on each of the following elements: the time spent, the research work, the nature and the difficulty of the case, the importance of the interests involved, the benefits and the result obtained as well as the service rendered.
