Catherine WERNERT

Biography

Catherine Wernert has been a lawyer since 2014 and holds a Master of Business Law from the university Paris-Dauphine.

After having practised for seven years in Paris, with the law firms T&A Associés and August Debouzy, Catherine joined Valoris Avocats in 2022.

She assists companies in the prevention and resolution of economic difficulties they encounter as well as in the resolution of their disputes.

Catherine also assists buyers in the context of takeovers of companies in difficulty.

She speaks French, English and Italian.
