Guillaume RUBECHI

Biography

Guillaume Rubechi is avocat (Paris Bar) and Rechtsanwalt (Frankfurt Bar). Since 1997, he has been advising companies and funds on their international investments. He also advises private individuals on French and international wealth management issues.

Guillaume Rubechi has developed a particularly sharp expertise in international real estate investments and in international taxation for industrial groups (transactions, business restructurings, international optimization of financial flows, transfer pricing…). He has also developed a particular expertise in the taxation of horse activities (breeding, racing stables, trainers, tax exemption for owners…).

After 8 years at Ernst & Young société d’avocats, 5 years at Haarmann Hemmelrath and 3 years at Lefèvre Pelletier, Guillaume Rubechi has founded Valoris Avocats, with Cécile Puijalon-Radu, in 2014.

He is the author of the only exhaustive book in France on the taxation of horse activities (published by Editions France Agricole).

He assists his clients in French, German, and English.
