Biography

Yuancun XUE is a legal consultant in intellectual property at Valoris Avocats.

After completing the ‘Long Cycle: Invention Patents, Trademarks, Designs, and Models’ program at the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg, she worked for 15 years in a law firm specializing in intellectual property before joining the Valoris Avocats team in 2024.

Yuancun advises companies on obtaining, valuing, and protecting their intellectual property assets, particularly in the areas of trademarks, designs and models, and copyright.

With a trusted and high-quality network developed over the years in Asia, Yuancun supports companies in their expansion into this market.

Her role as an intercultural consultant also represents a significant asset in better assisting clients with the complexities of international projects. She assists her clients in French, English, and Chinese.
